Shipping times vary based on the products weight and destination. Estimated shipping times 12-24 days (International), 1-5 days (US/Canada). Please visit Order page to track your package’s delivery progress at any time.
All items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To return an item, please contact Southern Industrial Customer Support through the chat or on web. Please note that we don’t cover return shipping costs. For more information, please review our Return Policy.
Before placing your order on us, you can change the shipping address directly in checkout page or You can go directly to My account then click Adresses. Once your order has shipped, it’s no longer possible to change the address.
You can find the most updated tracking information by visiting the Order Section in your My Account page. For guest users, you can track your order by visiting the Track Order page.
Unfortunately, we currently don’t offer item exchanges. We may be able to help replace an order if it doesn’t meet your satisfaction. Please contact us for more help.
If you want to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible by calling 1-306-842-2422. We’ll check the status of your order and attempt to make the necessary changes. Please take note cancellation is only available for orders that haven’t entered the shipping process.
