Returns and Refunds

All items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To return an item, please contact Southern Industrial Customer Support through the chat or on web. Please note that we don’t cover return shipping costs. For more information, please review our Return Policy.
If you want to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible by calling 1-306-842-2422. We’ll check the status of your order and attempt to make the necessary changes. Please take note cancellation is only available for orders that haven’t entered the shipping process.
Depending on your payment type, your refund will be automatically applied back to your account. Please allow 5-15 business days for the refund to appear in your account. In some cases, especially with credit cards, your original charge may disappear entirely from your statement and you won’t see a refund in your account. For any issue or concern don’t hesitate to call us.
Unfortunately, we currently don’t offer item exchanges. We may be able to help replace an order if it doesn’t meet your satisfaction. Please contact us for more help.
All items you purchased online can be returned with a receipt at the counter of Southern Industrial store within 30 days after purchasing/receiving

If the item had been opened or used you can still take it back within 30 days. Please take note that the customer pay for the return shipping charges.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times vary based on the products weight and destination. Estimated shipping times 18-36 days (International), 1-5 days (US/Canada). Please visit Order page to track your package’s delivery progress at any time.
Please allow 24 to 48 hours for processing your order before shipment (Excluding holidays and weekends). All orders after 5:00 PM CST time, Saturday and Sunday will process in the next business day.
You can track your order by visiting Track Order. To trace your order please enter your Order ID and Billing email and press the “Track” button. The Billing email was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received. Alternatively, you go track your orders directly to your Order section from your My Account page.
Before placing your order on us, you can change the shipping address directly in checkout page or You can go directly to My account then click Adresses. Once your order has shipped, it’s no longer possible to change the address
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the total package, the requested shipping speed, and destination of your order. Shipping fees are not calculated based on the value of the order or the quantity of the items in the order. Please note that the countries outside the Canada may charge you additional taxes, customs fees or brokerage fees upon delivery. Please check your local customs office for more information. These fees are your responsibility.
