IMPORTANT NOTICE
For customers shipping to the United States, please be aware that your order may be subject to additional customs tariffs of approximately 35% upon delivery. These fees are imposed by U.S. customs authorities and are not collected by our store. Other international customers should check with local customs for possible import fees.

All items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To return an item, please contact Southern Industrial Customer Support through the chat or on web. Please note that we don’t cover return shipping costs. For more information, please review our Return Policy.
If you want to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible by calling 1-306-842-2422. We’ll check the status of your order and attempt to make the necessary changes. Cancellation is only available for orders that haven’t entered the shipping process.
Kindly note that when processing payments through PayPal, a non-refundable transaction fee of 2.9% is charged. While we will be initiating a refund for the full order amount, please be aware that this PayPal transaction fee is not reversible and will not be included in the refunded amount.
Depending on your payment type, your refund will be automatically applied back to your account. Please allow 5-15 business days for the refund to appear in your account. In some cases, especially with credit cards, your original charge may disappear entirely from your statement and you won’t see a refund in your account. For any issue or concern don’t hesitate to call us.
Unfortunately, we currently don’t offer item exchanges. We may be able to help replace an order if it doesn’t meet your satisfaction. Please contact us for more help.

If the item had been opened or used you can still take it back within 30 days. Please take note that the customer pay for the return shipping charges.
